Whilst we may lack the sparkling large offices and vast resources of the large consultancies, we compete with agility and speed of response, cost effectiveness and utilising people with deep expertise and experience of projects similar to your needs - we won't bill you for consultancy hours to "reinvent the wheel"

The smaller consultancies can provide deep project experience to support you - but most often do not have the tools to enable you to move to your desired result quickly and cost-effectively. We have partnerships with key best-in-class technology providers 

We offer a methodology and coordinated response to your needs, using technology provider partners as appropriate. We have a broad network of expertise we can call on - a lonely Interim Manager cannot do this

We look forward to demonstrating our agility and ability to assemble teams to successfully manage your project. We believe our network of knowledge to be difficult to rival in the business

We are a new start up, at this juncture we cannot offer "gainshare" billing models (but we would consider it once established) We offer an "open book" approach with clearly agreed Project Scope with planned timings on consultancy day rate given, where we utilise services from our partners - we would share the pricing with you directly.

At LOGURU we believe our expertise in the sourcing of and management of relationships with Logistics Service Providers is deeply specialist - however, we remain open minded to work with other consultancies as client needs demand
