Loguru Lite General Terms & Conditions

“LOGURU Lite, micro-consultancy services provided by LOGURU Ltd” 

1. “LOGURU Lite” is a micro-consultancy brand of LOGURU Limited (“LOGURU”), a business registered in England of Company Number 11261264 with trading address Manchester Business Park, 3000, Aviator Way Manchester M22 5TG United Kingdom 
2. LOGURU provides micro-consultancy services through its brand “LOGURU Lite”, micro-consultancy services are defined as advisory and consultancy services that are provided by the hour across a range of disciplines and paid for in advance of the delivery of advisory and consultancy services 
3. All micro-consultancy services need to be paid for in advance of delivery. Failure to do so will mean that: 
4. The micro-consultancy services will not be provided, or at the sole discretion of LOGURU; 
5. The micro-consultancy services will not be provided at the arranged time and date and an option will be offered to arrange to provide the micro-consultancy services at a mutually agreed alternative time and date once payment has been received 
6. Where a Customer books and pays for micro-consultancy services they may, by mutual agreement, rearrange the date and time of the booking for micro-consultancy services provided that the Customer does this more than one working day before the initially arranged booking for the provision of micro-consultancy services. In the event that a request to change the booking for micro-consultancy services at less than one working days’ notice is made it will be at the sole discretion of LOGURU as to whether: 
7. The meeting will be rearranged at no additional cost, or 
8. The meeting will be rearranged at additional cost, or 
9. The meeting will be cancelled in which event no refund will be given 
10. LOGURU uses its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Consultant it uses to provide the micro-consultancy services are subject matter experts in the field in which the Consultant is offering services. Should any Customer be dissatisfied with the micro-consultancy services they need to provide details as to why they are dissatisfied and send by email to logurulitebooking@loguru.co.uk. LOGURU will then use its reasonable endeavours to provide satisfaction expeditiously.
