Introduction
I have been with my husband for over 35 years, with 2 children, my son is 29 and daughter 27. I have lived in Kent all my life, but have been fortunate to travel to some amazing places throughout Europe, on vacations and with work. Having spent over 23 years travelling in my previous job, My garden had been somewhat neglected, so I have taken advantage of my time at home, and have been giving it some much need tender loving care.
Apart from travelling to new destinations, where I spend time road cycling, walking and taking in the surrounding sites. I have a huge passion for live music, particularly watching & listening to musicians play Django Reinhardt Gypsy Jazz, 1940’s Hot Club and Jazz Swing. So much so, I have been going to a the International Django Reinhard Festival, in Samois sur Seine, France, for over 20 years.
I am an extremely sociable person, and love meeting new people. Which is a huge benefit in my line of work. Where stakeholder management form a crucial role in the successful delivery of business improvements, projects and transformation programmes.

Current Aspirations
Having had time out with my family, earlier this year, I realised how much of my time was spent working and being overly stressed. It is not until you stop, you realise how stressed you are, and naturally that transfers to home life. Whilst, I want my business to grow, and help businesses on a journey of successful change. I don’t want that to be at the expense of my own health and spending valuable time with family and friends.
The gift we have been given with the new “Norm”, is that businesses have adapted to people working remotely from home, and accept this doesn’t mean they are less efficient with their time, in fact they achieve far more. Less travelling, means more available time, and subsequently more personal time. Which increasing efficiency, as we have more energy, and motivation. I don’t necessarily prescribe to working from home every day, as meeting face to face helps with relationship building, particularly with new teams. It will promote flexibility in the workplace though.
The benefit of running my own company, enables me to select who I work with and for. Ultimately, I want to ensure that they have the same ethics, values and treat people with respect.

We have introduce a micro-consultancy concept called Loguru lite
,
The principle is that you can book time by the hour with subject matter experts to help and mentor through a number of disciplines across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Technology. The view being that sometimes consultancy can be seen as being heavy and expensive, when on occasion just access to an expert can add sufficient value to ensure success.
